Families outside the decorated Riverside office during Miracle on Bridgeboro Street

A Holiday Evening With Our Riverside Neighbors

Our Riverside office welcomed local families for Miracle on Bridgeboro Street this December. Santa stopped by, and the evening brought cookies, hot cocoa and presents to Bridgeboro Street.

About 150 local children attended. For our team, it was a chance to spend time with neighbors and help make the holiday season a little brighter.

We are grateful to the people who donated gifts, helped during the event and brought their families along to celebrate.

Santa, Treats and Presents for Local Families

The office became a gathering place for families to visit with Santa and enjoy the evening together. The gift supply lasted through the final family, something Phil highlighted in his December 21 recap.

That result took people willing to help. Our team joined donors and helping hands to keep the evening moving and welcome the families who came through the door.

Thank You to Everyone Who Helped

Thank you to our team, the donors and everyone who gave their time. You helped create a welcoming holiday evening for local children and their families.

Riverside is part of our everyday work and community. We are glad we could share this celebration with the neighbors around us.

CEO / Founder at Phil Buys Houses Fast

Phil Vaughan, the founder of Phil Buys Houses Fast, was born and raised in Burlington County, New Jersey and has strong ties to the communities he serves. Over the past nine years, he has been actively involved in buying, renting, and selling properties throughout the region. During that time, he has worked with a wide range of homeowners, investors, and families who needed a reliable way to handle their real estate situations.

Phil has helped many local homeowners resolve difficult property situations, including homes tied to financial challenges, inherited properties, rental issues, or houses that needed extensive repairs. His experience in the local market allows him to evaluate opportunities quickly and offer practical guidance to people who are trying to figure out their next step.

A core principle behind every transaction Phil works on is a win-win approach. Both sides should benefit from the deal. If a situation does not make sense or if there is not a fair way to move forward, Phil believes the right thing to do is give honest advice and help point the homeowner in the direction that will serve them best.

Not every property is the right fit, and Phil is upfront about that. If a deal cannot be worked out, the goal is still to leave the conversation with clear guidance and useful information so the homeowner can make the best decision moving forward.
