I was just on the buying side agent on a transaction with Marc. From the start he was professional and was great at communicating. His TC Samantha was awesome even at the end when we ran into a hiccup, Samantha worked very hard to get it resolved. From signing contracts to close was about 3.5 weeks which is usually a little tough but this was easy as we all worked very well together.
